Non-vessel-operating common carrier Vanguard Logistics Services has named Kurt Breinlinger to senior vice president of specialized cargo for Asia and the Middle East. In this role, Breinlinger will oversee Vanguard's newly created Specialized Cargo Division for the two regions.
