U.S. surface trade with Mexico, Canada growing

   The total value of trade using rail, road and other surface transportation between the United States and its neighbors, Mexico and Canada, rose 7.9 percent, year over year, in October to $85.29 billion, according to recently released figures by the Bureau of Transportation Statistics.    The value of the trade jumped by 9.8 percent when compared to September 2012.
