The 15 container shipping companies that are members of the Transpacific Stabilization Agreement said Tuesday they are recommending an increase in dry cargo rates, effective Jan. 15, of $600 per 40-foot container on shipments to U.S. West Coast ports and inland coastal state destinations, and $800 per FEU to all other destinations.
