TCA names Kretsinger chairman

The Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) has elected Tom Kretsinger Jr., president of Liberty, Mo.-based American Central Transport, as its 2013-2014 chairman. He follows past association chairmen Gary Salisbury and Robert Low. Kretsinger’s first objective as chairman will be to conduct a strategic plan, something TCA has only done twice in the last 20 years....
