Swissport, a provider of ground services to the aviation sector, has chosen SysAid to deploy its IT Service Management (ITSM) helpdesk software to run Swissport’s IT operations in the United States.
Swissport will use SysAid to manage its internal IT department, including the help desk and asset management. Swissport said it went with SysAid’s ITSM service because of the flexibility and scalability of its tools.
SysAid’s ITSM platform, available as either an on-premise or cloud service, provides IT administrators the ability to manage and maintain their help desks from the office and remote locations. SysAid also offers a mobile platform that facilitates users sending IT requests from mobile devices.
