Sunland buys South Carolina warehouse

   Third party logistics provider Sunland Distribution has acquired a 722,000-square-foot warehouse located off Interstates 85 and 385 in Simpsonville, S.C.    The 32-acre property along with the building was purchased from TGC, LLC. Built in phases from 1968 to 1993, the facility was once a distribution center for Pillowtex Corp.
