Some New Jersey terminals to open Sunday

   The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey will receive on Sunday the first ships to call at container terminals in the port since it was hit by Hurricane Sandy.    On Sunday, four cargo vessels will go to Maher Terminal and one cargo vessel will arrive at APM Terminal.     Maher and APM, both in Elizabeth, N.J., had power restored on Saturday and are working to ensure all systems are in place to receive their first vessels Sunday morning.    Longshoremen will b...
