ProLogis to build 2 DCs for BMW

The industrial real estate developer Prologis said Wednesday it inked a deal to build two distribution centers for BMW of North America. Construction of the two facilities, in Redlands, Calif., and Dallas, will collectively create up to 609,000 square feet of warehouse space. The 326,500-square-foot Redlands facility also includes an expansion option for another 96,000 square feet, while the 282,000-square-foot Dallas facility has an expansion option for up to 370,000...
