   Old Dominion Freight Line said Thursday it's expanding its service into Canada with the relocation and expansion of its Detroit service center.    The less-than-truckload carrier, which has been in the Detroit suburb of Troy for 11 years, said it has moved into a larger facility located on a 16-acre site in Troy near the Interstate-75 corridor.
