OOCL's chassis changes in Virginia, Midwest cities

   OOCL said starting Jan. 1 it will no longer provide chassis for import and export shipments to and from Norfolk and Front Royal, Va., as well as for Kansas City, Omaha, St. Louis, and Council Bluffs, Iowa.    All truckers, either working as suppliers for OOCL or its customers, must provide chassis for these shipments.
