Wong Liner carrier OOCL said last week that long-serving executive Henry Wong, director of corporate logistics and fleet management, will retire from the company on Oct. 31. Paul Devine, senior vice president of sales of OOCL (USA), will be appointed general manager of corporate logistics effective Nov. 1, and will relocate to Hong Kong in early October.
