The rotation of an NYK and Hapag-Lloyd service connecting Los Angeles to ports in Mexico and Central America will be amended this week, the German line said in a notice.
The service, which Hapag-Lloyd calls CCE, will have a rotation of Manzanillo (Mexico), Puerto Quetzal, Acajutla, Puerto Caldera, Corinto, Puerto Quetzal, Manzanillo (Mexico), Los Angeles, Mazatlan, and Manzanillo.
The Mazatlan call has been made weekly, instead of fortnightly, while Corinto will be called after Puerto Caldera instead of before.
According to American Shipper
affiliate ComPair Data
, the service is operated with three vessels (two from NYK and one from Hapag-Lloyd), with an average capacity of 2,528 TEUs.
The two lines are partners in the Grand Alliance. - Eric Johnson
