Mobile terminal to handle rail-delivered crude

Arc Terminals said it is working with Canadian National Railway to build a rail tank car unloading terminal in Mobile, Ala., to handle Western Canadian heavy and Bakken light crude oils destined to Gulf Coast refineries.
