   Michael A. Leone, port director at Massachusetts Port Authority, is retiring after 19 years at the agency.    Leone also served as chairman of the American Association of Port Authorities for two terms, once in 2003-2004 and in 2009-2010.    Under his leadership, the Port of Boston attracted container liner services from the Asia and improved both its cargo and cruise facilities.    Before coming to Massport, he worked for 22 years at the Coast Guard including...
