IBM has introduced a new version of its inventory optimization solution – ILOG Inventory and Product Flow Analyst (IPFA). The latest version of this product, part of IBM’s Smarter Commerce initiative, includes a new simulation capability, enabling companies to more efficiently analyze safety stock levels to ensure forecasted inventory levels will meet customer demand.
