Hamburg Süd raising West Coast-North Europe rates

   The liner carrier Hamburg Süd said Friday it will raise rates on the trade between the west coast of North America and Northern Europe next month.    The increase, $150 per 20-foot container and $300 per 40-foot container, is applicable to all cargo from Pacific ports in the United States and Canada.
