Hactl names Lau division managing director

Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd. (Hactl) has appointed Vivien Lau to managing director of its Hacis (Hong Kong Air Cargo Industry Services Ltd.) subsidiary. She replaces Kenneth Bell, who was transferred to Tradeport as chief executive. Lau has worked for various companies fully or partly owned by the Jardine Matheson Group since 2000.
