HK cargo handler adds IATA training center

   Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Ltd. (Hactl), the biggest air cargo handler at the world’s largest air cargo hub, said Wednesday it has set up the first International Air Transport Association (IATA) Authorised Training Center (ATC) for cargo in Hong Kong.    The goal of the center is to increase competency levels for air cargo practitioners in the industry.
