The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received seven license applications for review. The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Balkans Air Corp., Brooklyn, N.Y. (Begator Hila, president); and Ghanem Forwarding, Halethorpe, Md.
