FMC reviews 26 OTI license applications

   The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 26 license applications and changes for review.    The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Ri-Time Group, City of Industry, Calif. (Biyu Gao, president); and Trans Atlantic Shipping, Sorrento, Fla. (Timothy A.
