The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 21 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from ABC Logistics, Seattle (Mohamed Meselhy, vice president); Alpha Total Solutions, Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Tino M. Tsai, president); ANC Express, Jamaica, N.Y. (Sung "Sam" S. Hong, president); and Majestic Superior Logistics, Seatac, Wash. (Martin Hung Ching Su, vice president).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from American International Shipping Co., Manalapan, N.J. (Sushma Sharma, president); Safe Transport, South San Francisco, Calif. (Raul B. Garcia, member); and South Cargo, Miami (Ana O. Guerrero, manager).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Blue Carrier Line, Humble, Texas (Mary "Mickey" McKenna-O'Brien, president); Consolcargo USA, Miami (Rocio D. Gamboa, secretary); Equinox Global Forwarding, Union, N.J. (Xavier Vanoni, managing member); and OceanMax Logistics, Atlanta (Dhaval Virpariya, chief executive manager).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from CAP Worldwide, Houston (Dennis Hiatt, treasurer); CIL Freight, Tucker, Ga. (Fang "Mizzy" M. Doong, vice president); Contrans Cargo, Walnut, Calif. (Philip Fut Chung Yuen, chief operating officer); East-West Logistics, La Mirada, Calif. (Cheng Lu, chief financial officer); Nippon Concept America, The Woodlands, Texas (John R. Johnson, special manager); Radiant Overseas Express, Diamond Bar, Calif. (Chih Hua "Elton" Chang, chief executive officer); and The Relocation Freight Corporation of America, Shelton, Conn. (Susan Dumire, assistant vice president); for trade name addition from KJW-CHB, Bensenville, Ill. (Keh J. Wu, president) to KCW-Logistics; and for license transfers from Allround Forwarding Co., New York (Hatto H. Dachgraber, president) to Allround Forwarding Holding; and Global Partner Alliance, Wood Dale, Ill. (Jakub Ligeza, president) to Tripadam Logistics.
