The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 19 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from DRV Cargo Express, Miami (Dante R. Viggiano, president); Jolly Forwarding USA, Baldwin Park, Calif. (Urdelia C. Linayao, secretary); Pegasus Logistics Group, Coppell, Texas (Kenneth C. Beam, president); Reliable Shipping Agency, Brooklyn Park, Minn. (Wells Wescott, manager); SH Transport, Rancho Dominguez, Calif. (Steven Park, president); and Transport Partner (USA), Charleston, S.C. (Adam Adaway, secretary).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Kaizen Logistics Corp., Miami (Claudia Pabon, vice president); Oncarriage, Peachtree City, Ga. (Joshua Wolf, member/manager); and Santa Fe Group Americas, Houston (Francesca A. Vollaro, vice president).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Certified Packaging & Transport, Jessup, Md. (Mark Feinberg, president); Dax Cargo, Miami (Winston R. Lopez, secretary); Green World Export, City of Industry, Calif. (Danyang Zhao, chief executive officer); and O.K. Cargo Corp., Miami (Jorge L. Garcia, president).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualifying individuals from Concepts In Freight, Doral, Fla. (Asma Aftimos, president); Midnite Air Corp., Los Angeles (Thomas A. Belmont, chief operating officer); and Transports P. Fatton, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Renaud Mellier, treasurer); and for name changes from Forwarding Services International, Charlotte, N.C. (Paul L. Carter, vice president) to Midrex Global Logistics; and Intell SCM, Long Beach, Calif. (Andrew P. Scott, manager) removing iContainers and adding AWA Lines and Island Cargo Support; and for a license transfer from MIA Trans Corp., Miami (Donald H. Pertuz, president).
