The U.S. Federal Maritime Commission has received 19 license applications and changes for review.
The FMC received non-vessel-operating common carrier license applications from Apex Maritime Co., Houston (Vicky Cheung, president); Awilda Shipping, Corona, N.Y. (Inocencia Del Villar, president); Econshippers, Silver Spring, Md. (Mario Theranus, president); Equipsa, Miami (Isabel C. Montejo, general manager); Innocent P. Ajaroh, Richmond, Texas (Innocent P. Ajaroh, sole proprietor); and Suncoast Ocean Lines, North Fort Myers, Fla. (Anton Samoila, managing member).
The agency received NVO/ocean freight forwarder license applications from Easy Express Inglewood, Calif. (Erwin Ross Dalao, chief financial officer); La Isabela Embarque Corp., Paterson, N.J. (Robert Guerra, president); and Seven Seas Cargo, Houston (Moataz Kesba, member).
The FMC also received ocean freight forwarder license applications from Ayodeji Oluseun Bamijoko, Houston (Ayodeji Oluseun Bamijoko, sole proprietor); Chicago Express International, Bensenville, Ill. (Lutz Austermeier, president); Estevez and Sons, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands (Emilo J. Estevez, member); Focus Forwarding, La Palma, Calif. (Chiyoon Apollo Sung, director); and Inter Shipping Line, Torrance, Calif. (Bendan Sheen, chief financial officer).
In addition, the agency received applications for changes to qualified individuals from Korchina Logistics USA, Gardena, Calif. (Jong "Jake" K. Park, chief financial officer); Ocean Line Logistics, Arcadia, Calif. (Peixin Li, president); Panda Logistics (NY), Valley Stream, N.Y. (Cooper Chao, president); and Pegasus Worldwide Logistics NY, Valley Stream, N.Y. (Raymond Choy, vice president); and for a transfer from Always Affordable Shipping, Hazlet, N.J. (Christopher L. Loux, president) to NMT USA (New Jersey).
