Andrew Clarke has resigned as president and chief executive officer of Panther Expedited Services, while R. Louis Schneeberger has been promoted to take over this role. Edward Wadel, the company’s former chief information officer, is the new chief operating officer. No reason was given for Clarke's resignation.
