   The European Shippers’ Council and the Union of African Shippers’ Councils have signed a framework agreement to enhance cooperation and communication between the two entities.    The councils held their first meeting in Brussels on March 6.    The organizations will talk about international trade and transport, discuss regulatory developments in Africa and Europe, and share training, consultancy and research programs.
