Egypt navy commander takes Suez top spot

   The commander of Egypt’s navy has retired from his post to take up the top spot at the Suez Canal Authority, news outlets in the country reported this week.       Mohab Mamish, head of the navy since 2007, made the move on the order of new President Mohamed Morsy.
