   Deutsche Post DHL experienced a 5.1 percent increase in group revenues during 2012 to 55.5 billion euros ($72 billion).    Nearly 70 percent of this revenue occurred outside of Europe, reflecting the poor European logistics market and DHL's growing marketshare in Asia and other regions.    Revenues rose by 3.6 percent, year over year, in global forwarding, finishing the year at 15.7 billion euros.
