DSV to buy Seatainers

DSV has agreed to acquire Denmark-based Seatainers Group for an undisclosed amount. The transaction will close once approval is granted by competition authorities. Seatainers — which has a portfolio of warehousing and logistics solutions, and air, sea and road services — specializes in large freight moves.
