DHL Supply Chain has beefed up its aftermarket offerings, inking partnerships with Anovo, Computer Technology Solutions and SMS Infocomm, as DHL strives to take more of the $19 billion aftermarket industry.
In its Technical Services offering, DHL Supply Chain provides repairing, re-boxing, receiving, re-selling and assessing on all accounts. DHL said adding repair servies to its return offering saves customers 25 percent off their total costs.
"In a competitive marketplace, aftermarket service reputation is a major differentiator. These improvements to the scale and scope of our fully-managed, end-to-end solution will ensure our customers can respond faster, resolve issues, maximize value and improve satisfaction for their end customers,” Dan Ellerton, DHL Supply Chain’s chief development officer, said in a statement.
