”, an analysis on how e-commerce has hastened retailers toward omni-channel strategies.

Each year the group picks the best news and feature articles from among various categories. Articles for the contest are submitted by industry journalists from around the world. Kulisch’s article topped the Seahorse Club’s “supply chain” category.
