Cass: Line-haul rates increase

   Truckload line-haul costs have risen 4.3 percent last month compared to February 2012, but have remained flat from January, according to the Cass Truckload Linehaul Index.    Intermodal costs have increased by 2.2 percent compared to last month and 9.9 percent year over year.     Truckload rates have remained on an upward trajectory since a low point in 2010.
