CMA CGM boosts Asia-Europe rates

   The liner carrier CMA CGM said Friday it will raise rates on the Asia-Europe trade in both directions over the coming weeks.    The line will first seek to hike westbound headhaul rates to Europe by $300 per TEU from Sept. 1.
