Global logistics provider C.H. Robinson announced Friday it has finalized the acquisition of Chicago-based freight forwarder Phoenix International for $571.5 million in cash and about $63.5 million in newly-issued C.H. Robinson common stock. Eden Prarie, Minn.-based C.H.
