Belgium parcel firm buys Landmark Global

bpost has acquired a majority share of California-based Landmark Global, a cross-border parcel logistics and fulfillment firm. Landmark, which handled more than 3 million parcels last year, will continue operating as a separate unit. Dave Mays, Landmark’s founding partner, will remain at the helm of Landmark.
