Ambassador Bridge    Authorities have reopened the Ambassador Bridge after the busiest international commercial truck crossing in North America connecting downtown Detroit with Windsor, Ontario, was shut down Monday evening for five hours because of a bomb scare, according to local news and wire service reports.    Canadian and U.S. officials said security teams with bomb-sniffing dogs searched the structure and found nothing suspicious.    The bridge closure followed a s...
