ATA: Truck crash measurement unfair

   When truck drivers aren’t at fault for vehicle crashes, the U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Administration shouldn’t record those accidents in its database, according to the American Trucking Associations.    The ATA is trying to get crashes that the driver didn’t cause or couldn’t have prevented erased from the FMCSA’s Compliance, Safety and Accountability monitoring system.
