AEI to convert regional jets for cargo

   Miami-based Aeronautical Engineers Inc. said Thursday it will offer conversions of Bombardier CRJ100 and 200 regional jets to freighters, with a payload of up to 6.7 tons.    The oldest planes are at an age now that they can be acquired economically for conversion, it said.    The planes will be equipped with a cargo-loading system and be able to hold pallets and bulk shipments....
