   The liner shipping companies Hamburg Süd and CCNI will commence their new weekly PACE West Coast feeder service with the Feb. 13 departure of Cap Palmerston from Hamburg Süd's Caribbean hub in Cartagena, Colombia.      Hamburg Süd subsidiary Alianca will charter slots.    The liner shipping companies APL and MOL have raised capacity on their weekly Balboa to West Coast South America feeder service PAX/ACW by increasing the size of the vessels.    Average ship capacity has increased 50 percent from 1,694 TEUs to 2,521 TEUs.    The port rotation of the PAX/ACW remains Balboa, Buenaventura, Callao, Valparaiso, Callao, Paita, Buenaventura, and Balboa.      The liner carrier CMA CGM said Thursday it plans to increase rates on a number of trades between March 1 and April 1.    The increases from March 1 are: From India and the Middle East Gulf to East Africa (Mombasa and Dar Es Salam), $250 per TEU.      Americold said Monday that Jeffrey M. Gault has been appointed by the board of trustees as president and chief executive officer, effective immediately.    He succeeds Jos Opdeweegh, who has resigned for personal reasons.    Gault, a director of the company is an architect and environmental planner who has held senior executive positions at H.F.
